Happiness
« on: April 14, 2014, 06:20:59 AM »
If you may remember, I started a family jar of "awesome" at the start of this year - we are supposed to put a slip of paper in there with a few words for something in our lives that was wonderful, well my family are not participating at all, not sure if their lives don't have any awesome moments or if they are just ungrateful gits.

On top of this, my niece got me involved in the 100 Happy Days project were you post a picture for one hundred days of something that makes you happy (Pintrest, Facebook etc). Tomorrow is day 20 for me and I am thinking I may have to post another photo of a squirrel.

Happiness can be a pain in the arse can’t it.

They say if you stick with it though, you will be a happier person on day 100.
People will come from strange lands to hear me speak my words of wisdom. They will ask me the secret of life and I will tell them. Then maybe I'll finish off with a song. The Nomad

I apologise, in advance.

Oh dear, it sounds like they want to sell me a book...

from the 100 Happy Days webpage.

Why would I do that?

 People successfully completing the challenge claimed to:
 - Start noticing what makes them happy every day;

 - Be in a better mood every day;

 - Start receiving more compliments from other people;

 - Realize how lucky they are to have the life they have;

 - Become more optimistic;

 - Fall in love during the challenge.

Even when the challenge is over the collected 100 happy moments can always remind you about the beauty of your life. For that, you can receive a little 100 page book with your 100 happy daysat the finish line of the challenge!
