Alternative festive breaks...

So the night of the 27th, the dive club went for a smashing night time dive up the the splendidly warm shores of Loch Long. They say it hit as high as 2 degrees...I'm not so sure. I know I was glad to get into the roasting 5 degree waters of that lovely loch, just to get out of the cold. If anyone has dived, I'm sure they will relate to the joy of hitting a wee thermocline...just when you're sure it couldn't get any colder !! Lol

Anyhoo, my point is while it wasn't a traditional break. It was one of my most enjoyable day/night breaks at Xmas. Any advance on diving as a fun non festive time break?

Yes, staying dry and warm and eating chestnuts.
