Unicorn Toenails

I believe the ones I bought may be fake. Does anyone know an expert who could determine whether they are genuine?

Unicorns have hooves. What you have is clearly fake.

I can remember once owning a book called "A Puzzle Mine", and failing to get past the first puzzle, which was realising that the title meant "a mine of puzzles" and not a badly phrased "puzzles that are mine".
