I agree, Roger, and had similar thoughts first time I watched this.. He's obviously gate crashed Heaven. Thankfully, the magnificence of the massed pipes drowned him out eventually.

I'm loving this thread. Bagpipes are awesome. I'd love to have taken them up, but we never had neighbours we disliked enough.

My wife's cousins played in a pipe band. A drummer and two pipers in a small living room, giving it laldy, will never be forgotten! Magnificent! Their band won a few championships, and it was no surprise. They were amazing.
