A Change of Diet

And so, after reading just some of a book called How Not To Die, by Michael Greger, I have decided to no longer eat meat, fish, eggs, or dairy. His section on How Not To Die of Infection put me off meat for life.

'How Not To Die'? You've only read some of it? Can't help but think you'll be a little disappointed by the time you get to the Last Chapter.

I only eat foodstuffs with a vowel in their name. It stops me getting consonantpated.
