I didn't hear a thing. The roads are fine. Move to Perth.

I think that's a good idea, mate! My next-door neighbour was attempting to come home from Dundee yesterday at 5 p.m. She decided to go via Perth. It took her about an hour to complete the 40-mile journey----half the time it took those who chose to make the 3-mile trip over the Tay Bridge to the same destination. I'm not sure this whole V&A opening thing was thought through carefully.

I did manage to get to the Dundee United v. Morton game. Dammit.

Mincey, I applaud and admire your energy. Your search for ways to twist a straightforward sentence into a humorous response must be exhausting!

Roger, a stupid man who knows nothing about grammar, will always write nonsensical sentences.  (y)

Should there be a comma after "grammar"?

Why does the opening have to last so long? Are they hoping to make it into a museum piece? The flat next door to mine is up for sale.
I apologise, in advance.

Let me guess: it wasn't when you first moved in to your flat.

I wouldn't dream of stealing your M.O.
I apologise, in advance.

You don't have the brains to steal my M.O., so I can only assume you went with your own M.O. of running naked outside his front window.

He's already had four offers on the flat since I did that.
I apologise, in advance.
