I like Malc's idea marginally better - it saves me having to come up with a gag, and I'll happily hand over the 10% to Roger if mine's used.

I'll even draw one in a different style for Colin to submit...though obviously not s good as my own one.

I don't think we should worry about thinking a new theme up, we simply all send the Pope gag to Private Eye at an agreed time. That way, Roger's involved.

Then next month we send another gag all at the same time. Only there will be even more of us.
We'll get fed up eventually, of course.
