So, let me get this clear.
You need to be a cartoonist.
You need to have your ear to the ground (what if it's raining - don't you get mud in your ear?).
You need to go somewhere far away that has plenty of strangers and their wives.
You need to be in the mood to have sex with said wives.

Do the strangers/husbands just stand by while you do this?

Not ALL cartoonists do this, Vulch! We (via our drawings) report on politics. We're not all in the cabinet!

My friend wants to know. He wants to know can you just come down the first night to have a look or do you have to sign up? My friend can't make Tuesdays or Thursdays, you see, because I'm at Sea Scouts.
