No, after the Dawn Patrol has finished, the radio will go off until Steve Wright. Chris Evans needs slapping!  :P

And Steve Wright doesn't? Oh, dear!

Talksport Radio for me. Tons and tons of balls talk, all day long, and not a thought for the day given.
I apologise, in advance.

Tons and tons = Load of balls talk.

Ooooh, I'm being judged! I'll have you know I'm as multi-faceted as a disco ball, Vult... and I can play keepie-uppie with one an' all.  :\

When my avatar disappeared, I didn't feel I posted often enough to justify changing it.

Thanks to Diane for shaming me into it.

Thanks for getting into the spirit of the season Jack - guilt is pretty much what xmas runs on.

Excuse me please Diane, may I get rid of my festive avatar now?

Christmas was three days ago now, after all.

Don't be so hasty, Jack. Will it be worth it to remove your avatar when you'll need it again in about 360 days!

The protocol is to wait until Roger is de-christmasized.

I'm not sure who actually "christmasized" my avatar. It IS rather fetching but I'll leave it up to whoever put it there to decide when enough is enough. If it's any help, I take our Christmas tree down on January 2nd---about the same time I have my last meal of turkey bolognaise or whatever.

I cooked our turkey on Boxing Day and thought it would be nice to have another meal (2nd meal) from it on Sunday - looked in the new Tupperware container and it appeared that we had been visited by piranhas. These teenage boys will literally eat you out of house and home!

The last bit of our turkey went to the seagulls this afternoon. Prior to that, I'd boiled up the carcase, bones, etc and made a fab stock. I added cooked lentils, herbs, garlic etc., and then blended sweet potatoes, carrots and a couple of sprouts that were also left over in the fridge. Chopped turkey meat was the final addition, and it was fandabbydozy. Like I said before, there's a bit of Fanny Craddock about me.

It's the ball-gown and pinny that gives it away! And maybe the lipstick...!  ..0
