Aquatic Insults
« on: November 09, 2008, 12:34:44 PM »
I can't remember if it was when I accused Mince of having an IQ smaller than a Cod's inside-leg measurement, or some other time, like when I suggested he had the brains of a whelk, but at the time he asked if all my insults were fish-related.

On reflection, I was probably being a tad unfair, but it occurred to me that he was quite right, and marine creatures do tend to appear quite high in my various utterances of uncomplimentary terminology.

Anyway, I apologise to Mince, if I offended him, even though he is about as useful as underpants are to a haddock.
Nostalgia is not what it used to be. 😟

I was going to say: Don't walk wet!

Until you realised that would be a very odd thing to say.
I apologise, in advance.

I had considered comparing Mince's brain with frog spawn at one stage, but decided against using fresh-water insults. I'm happier utilizing creatures from the briny.

Let's stop these insults now...they're all water under the bridge.

Diane, this is where you can learn from Mince - just write the first bit of rubbish that comes into your head.
I apologise, in advance.
