Thick as a Brick
« on: March 06, 2009, 03:34:56 AM »
It's 3:30 in the morning and I'm listening to Jethro Tull's "Thick as a Brick" whilst completing work for tomorrow. Anyway, the album made me think of Peepmaster and that brought me here.

Could someone translate this for me? It's just that I've never got round to learning the language of "Pilchard". ..0

I think Mince is referring to your penchant for standing on one leg whilst playing the flute, Peepsie.
I apologise, in advance.

Mince, this is why you find youself having to work at three in the morning---no concentration. Any time something pops into your mind, you down tools and switch on your computer. Do a hundred lines.

I thought of Mince as I was walking into town last night. Fortunately I saw it in time and didn't step in it.

If you just accept my genius rather than contemplating it jealously every day, you wouldn't be so distracted as to nearly step in cow pats.

Ah - this was the genius that earned you your first rejection letter was it, Mince?

Dear Mr Mince,

Thank you for your application, and subsequent interview, for the advertised posts within our organisation.

Unfortunately, I have to advise you that your application has been unsuccessful, as we don't employ twats.

Yours etc...

I feel guilty about insulting Mincey-kins again. I'm going to try and be nice again.

He deserves nothing less.

Look, all this is getting extremely confusing. Could you either keep insulting each other or get a room?
