Diane, the extremes of temperature where you are must play havoc with housing. I guess it must be a costly business keeping everything weather-proof.

It's a low-loading van/truck thingy. One you don't need an uppy and downy thing to load heavy things on it. Use your common sense!

Call me a cynic, Mr Kettle, but might there be a possibility that the first firm went in with a sky-high price, to ease the deal for their associates, who you eventually shook hands with?
