What...like a clam bake?
People will come from strange lands to hear me speak my words of wisdom. They will ask me the secret of life and I will tell them. Then maybe I'll finish off with a song. The Nomad

They call the boats out here in the Philippines "bancas". For some reason my brain keeps trying to devise a limerick regarding Mince when I think of one.

When Mince tried sailing a banca,
He damned-near almost sank her
A watching local
Being vocal
Exclaimed "Just look at that pilchard!"

Perhaps we could do a book of limericks?
Nostalgia is not what it used to be. 😟

An illustrated book!

Incidentally, that last limerick didn't scan. It would have been better if you'd written:

A curious local,
blind drunk and vocal.

For goodness sake, it's not rocket science.

I think Calypso should start it off!

So are you saying that I should start off the murder or writing the book?

A curious local,
blind drunk and vocal.

And the last line would have read better as:

Cried "Look at that absolute pilchard!"

Not rocket science indeed.
I apologise, in advance.

Right then. We need:
A publisher
A promoter
Someone to go on 'Loose Women'
I suppose the book itself would be a start.

Going back to the film, temporarily, who would sing the theme tune?

Peepmaster will obviously want to but we need to avoid an 18 certificate.
