Here are three different versions of the song "True Colours". Which one do you prefer?

Oh, dear....
Cyndi Laupa:
Visually: too painful, very sixties
Sound: couldn't understand a word except for 'true colours'..

Phil Collins:
Visually: so damned earnest - more than the song warranted
Sound: a bit husky, but OK

Sheena Easton:
Visually: what the hell was the serious face and staring eyes about?
Sound: to slow, no feelings, reading from a cue card...

imo; Phil

I'd like to hear The Peemaster's version before I decide.

I couldn't find Peeps' version on You Tube. And I agree with Vulch that Phil's is the better version of the three.
Here's another three versions to choose from, 'Don't Cry For Me Argentina' this time...

Nice choice, Tom. Well, in my humble.....

Donna:
Visually: plastic features,
Sound: no feeling

Sinead:
Visually: little girl
Sound: voice lovely, but weak

Sarah:
Visually: startled bird, twitchy head and body movements
Sound: if I don't look at her, fantastic voice with feeling!

How many points are we getting for this?
Is there a prize?

No, no points and no prizes.
I just thought it would be a bit different to have a Music Monday. I like to hear different interpretations of songs and was interested to see what you all thought.

You forgot SuBo's version...

I was debating whether to include Susan's version, but decided not to, and keep to the three versions as earlier. Maybe I should have, as I do like her version.

Couldn't resist. After my earlier post, here's Petula Clark, Dolly Parton and Emma Bunton...

That's weird... in the preview, the video images appear, but not in the post...  :-\
