By way of cleverly outbidding myself on EB*y [see a button...click a button...what harm can it do] I will soon be the proud owner of a rather expensive book six.   By way of gross stupidity [and more button clicking] there is every chance that in a few days I will also be the proud owner of book...six.   Should this be the case I would be happy to have it redirected to anyone who might not have a copy, although from current experience there does seem to be a plethora of them about. Let me know if anyone is interested.

I think you will find that most is already 'made in China'.

Not everything is lost to china, manufacturing is still strong here in good old GB, I have some Manx gifts which I send out on occasion, just the once [they don't come back or anything], and every one of them is made in, hang on I'll check......Japan...but at least that's not China.  The very socks I am wearing, made in................Taiwan...I'm beginning to detect a pattern here.

I once brought a fancy china cup back from France as a gift. As it turns out, it was probably the only item in the entire world that said "Made in England" on the bottom of it.
