I was going to transfer the posts from the old boards here by writing a program to scan each page and database the posts, then convert these to the format this forum uses. It was all going well until I encountered a slight technical problem that I had not considered when I started, namely that I was too lazy to be bothered.

That kind of technical hitch occurs quite frequently everywhere.  I'm currently suffering from lazyitus myself.
