Sadly, I'm A Celebrity (if only they were) is on in the background at present and guess what? THE Colin "Doctor Who" Baker is in it. How excellent is that? I'm going to watch now to see if he's sneaked his sonic screwdriver in.  ;D

My brother's mad about "Dr Who" but I never watch it myself. I don't watch Children's programmes anyway, and rarely watch any TV in fact.
Nostalgia is not what it used to be. 😟

There's no need to stop watching all television just because you can't understand children's programmes.

I was surprised to find that I'd actually heard of most of the people in it this year. With the notable exceptions of the women from the soaps, and the chap from some reality show thing.

Hidden Pedantic Geekdom: Colin Baker's Doctor didn't have a sonic screwdriver.

Anyway.

You've got to admire someone who uses white lettering on a white background. Sheer class.

Whereas I just used a very pale blue/very pale blue combination, which is much more lowbrow (and appropriate to these forums)  ;)

Why? Did Peter Davidson lose it? Just because he didn't use it, doesn't mean he didn't have it. Maybe anytime he went to use it he needed a posi-drive and the screwdriver was a flat-head, and so he ended up just keeping it in his pocket. Maybe the batteries ran out?

Why do I get the feeling I'm going to be sorry I even offered an opinion on this?

(I agree, Grrrrr indeed).

Did he have a round to it?
