That's the Kindle Fire, Diane, not to be confused with the Kindle, which is an excellent reader, but little else. And it's another good, cheaper alternative, I believe, if not quite as good value as the Hudl from what I've heard and read. I do think the iPad is still a superior product however, both in looks and performance, but by how much, and whether the price gap adequately reflects that, are the questions to be asked. Certainly, the answers are getting greyer as the competition hots up. I look forward to Apple's next move.
Sadly though, until you finally get your broadband, I fear very little of the above is any use to you. Fingers still crossed for you on that score.
