It's raining here again.

Does it ever rain in Beau Peep?

Don't be silly. The paper would get wet.
I apologise, in advance.

I wrote a script which appeared last year, I think, where it started raining when Beau and Dennis were on the fort wall. I added a note to Andrew saying that it was the first time it had rained in 37 years. Unless Rob proves me wrong, I'm standing by that....

Well I can't find one from last year, but this one's from Feb 2012:

I'm pretty sure there's an earlier one with the Nomad predicting travel chaos on his 'Radio Nomad' weather report broadcast, as one solitary drop of rain falls. But I can't find it >:(.....

FOUR years ago! Good grief.
Anyway, I do remember that Nomad episode now that you mention it, Rob, so it looks like it's rained twice in the strip in 38 years. Just a bit less than in Fife.

Having read all the books and the paper for many years, albeit not so much in recent years, I find
it absolutely astonishing that anyone can recall individual strips.

I can't remember what I had for last nights tea!

Serious doffing of capage in the general direction of Roger but even more so Rob.

By the way, Happy Birthday Sir.

Extra time in the footy results in far too many beers whilst in Holland on business....just saying! :o

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I simply love the pause of the 3rd cell in the strip. It adds so much !! Brilliant !!
