Extraordinary Meeting of the BPMWB (formerly part of the DDDDDD)

Tomorrow, 11th July, there will be the first meeting of the BPMWB (Beau-Peep-Mug-Wielding Brigade), which will carry on the duties of the now defunct Darstardly Devilish Deep Dung Depositing Division.

Meeting No. 17

AGENDA

1. Argue over the use of hyphens in the brigade name.

2. Introduce the new member (Sandy Buttcheeks) to the secret brigade handshake and demand that he steal something from Pizza Express as payment for membership.

3. Determine whether Vulture ought to be pointed at sternly for her extended AWOL.

4. Design (bully Tarquin into producing) a logo.

5. Determine where to procure more wood to shore up the unfinished tunnel leading to Roger Kettle's shed.

Yes, we believe it leads underground to his Custer Cave where he continues his plot to conquer the world. Either that or it's where he stores his bike.

OUTCOME of MEETING

1. Argue over the use of hyphens in the brigade name. × We forgot. But instead we argued over whether independence for Scotland would actually change anything.

2. Introduce the new member (Sandy Buttcheeks) to the secret brigade handshake and demand that he steal something from Pizza Express as payment for membership. × We forgot. But Sandy did turn down free doughballs.

3. Determine whether Vulture ought to be pointed at sternly for her extended AWOL. × Coffee was nice.

4. Design (bully Tarquin into producing) a logo. × Too busy discussing The Twilight Zone.

5. Determine where to procure more wood to shore up the unfinished tunnel leading to Roger Kettle's shed.  × We did talk about raising a glass to him, or stealing his bike, or something.

2. Introduce the new member (Sandy Buttcheeks) to the secret brigade handshake and demand that he steal something from Pizza Express as payment for membership. × We forgot. But Sandy did turn down free doughballs.Sandy feared for his fingers given the speed of Minceypoos eating habits. (Kinda hard to have a secret handshake with no fingers !)

3. Determine whether Vulture ought to be pointed at sternly for her extended AWOL. × Coffee was nice.Coffee was strong. Staring at the ceiling at 2am was no fun...Vultch needs pointed at !!   ;)

4. Design (bully Tarquin into producing) a logo. × Too busy discussing The Twilight Zone.Interesting life/death/religion topics. Most enjoyable !!

Yes, the religion topics were immensely fun: Steve was passionate, eloquent, intelligent as usual; I was more abstract, occasionally off-the-wall; Donald had yet another angle, though I did suspect he had watched too many horror films.  ;D

I have been forced by the wife to watch all the Harry Potter films, but have so far escaped watching any of the Twilight movies.
