Firstly, the woman at the Post Office, who told me that signed for also meant tracked, which it doesn't. Then Royal Mail, who can lose a parcel the size of a shoe box with ease. Then the man at a photograph shop, who told me after I had gone through the rigmarole of sorting out an 8 inch by 10 inch photograph on his machine that I should come back in half an hour.
So I spent that half an hour wondering why I ended up in these situations, and decided to just stand my ground. Back at the photographic shop, I was told the print was £2.99 and not the £2.49 on their flier, so I refused to pay them. Then at another printers, I was told an A4 colour print was 69p, and after they printed it, another woman told me it was £1.29 as they had spent a whole thirty seconds at a PC to print it out. Again, I told them to shove it.
