I can't see where I can change my avatar. Could one of you administrators do it for me?

I think it may take more than a beady gaze to keep Mince in order, Diane.  :D :D :D

Mince seems to have more and more influence and power on this board every day. I even imagine he has people watching everything we do. Perhaps it would be appropriate at this time of year for us to see these secret police.
