I'm not sure what my reaction to this is supposed to be. Anyway, I'll go for smacking the annoying, smug git in the mouth.

I did plead that we should give him one last chance, Roger. I also stressed that there should be no violence. It reflects badly on us, especially to the younger visitors and Beau Peep fans. I don't want to talk about the bad language just now. I'm sorry, Roger. I'm so sorry.
