Cryptic Crossword Calendar Clues.

The month to be in zero credit.
No burning coal after the fifth of this month.
This is the kind of annoying stuff that goes on in my brain when I'm trying to sleep. I'll leave the rest of the year to you guys.

I'm just doing my Sunday Times crossword, and I get this!

First one's October.
Nostalgia is not what it used to be. 😟

Yep and yep.

Why are you not supposed to burn coal after the 5th November?

Thanks, Nige. I know you're a fan (or prisoner!) of cryptic clues, as well. Sometimes I'll see a word on a poster or something and spend the next ten minutes trying to work out an anagram of it. NURSE!

1) A time to spoil place of worship.

2) In a flap, riled - that's how you'll find her.

3) Another month, I'll grant you.

I've mentioned this before to you, Roger, but one of my favourite crossword clues was: "Score, 2-0"

Here's another one I've just made up:
"This twit used to make pies". ::)
