We are looking for one or more girlies to make our admin group less stupid. You will ensure that our forum maintains its sensible edge and attracts a more classy client?le. (Just one would be an achievement.)

The ideal candidate will be able to sing, dance, and put Peepmaster in his place. She should also be keen to promote a sense of sanity at times when this is lacking, as this would alleviate much of Roger's bewilderment. You will be a born organiser with an erotic hip-wiggle and experience in clicking links and posting.

This role is a unique opportunity for someone with bags of enthusiasm and initiative for putting sexist men in their place.

Non-girlies need not apply. Stupid people need not apply: we already have enough of them.

New moderators should be aware of the general duties they are to perform. Basically it's not much. Mainly just to clean-up, or weed out malicious postings. This power shouldn't be misused. You don't edit or remove a post just because you may not agree with it. It's where people write things like "Mince is a Twa*", or "F*** O** you A*******, Mince" (with the comma in the wrong place), or do one of those clever "drawings" using just keyboard characters, and typing, "Sit on it, Mince, you -------", etc., etc.

Of course, that doesn't happen every day, so I wouldn't want to put any potential volunteers off.
