You could always counter with "Did you know we've got a loony on our forum as well?". Then, whether you actually do introduce her to Mince, is up to you.
Nostalgia is not what it used to be. 😟

Then, whether you actually do introduce her to Mince, is up to you.

There should not be a comma after "Mince".

Perhaps she just likes the attention you give her, Malc. Why not just ignore her?

If you must address her, you could repeatedly call her a silly name of your choosing (and you must use the same one each time) until she realizes you are not annoyed and are making fun of her behavior.  For example: "Lambanana, this is not the way I see things."

That is rather scathing of you.
I thought better of you.
P.s. fancy giving Mince all your loose change.

I think you'll find it's optional. I wanted a pause for dramatic effect............................... you whelk-brained, newt.

If I remember my English lessons in school, we were taught that statements or comments enclosed either end by commas could be taken out and the resulting sentence would still make sense. It was called something obscure - Mince would probably know - but that means (God! It really hurts me to type this..)  YOUR sentence DOESN'T make sense and Mince just may be correct! - sorry, I have to go and lay down for an hour or so to recover..

Who's side are you on, Vultch? I might ask for my Wogan back....

Perhaps I should have put "Then, it, whether you actually do introduce her to Mince, is up to you." If I then remove the bit about whelk-brain, it would read "Then, it, is up to you", which might satisfy Your Ladyship, but reads like I've split something...

No, it is all there, Vulch. I've added red to the bit you missed out. (I acknowledge I spelt 'whose" wrong).

Sticking in an extra comma doesn't make it grammatical!

No - I was leaving the commas in to test your theory about taking a part out and having it still make sense.
