If infected.

I'm wondering if we should have a party for Mince - a search party. He's disappeared, and doesn't illuminate this board so much.

He's probably busy marking exams or maybe he has a bird.
People will come from strange lands to hear me speak my words of wisdom. They will ask me the secret of life and I will tell them. Then maybe I'll finish off with a song. The Nomad

He was seen buying a ring last week. Maybe that was for his bird's leg.

Customer to baker: "Is that a doughnut or a meringue?"
Baker:  "No, you're right - it's a doughnut."
I apologise, in advance.

Tom, in the Scots (esp. Glasgow) patois, 'doo' is another name for a pigeon. It's a corruption of the word 'dove'
