From the Diary of Anne Frank:

Day 1 - Hid!

Day 2 - Hid!

My kind of humour. Is there something wrong with me ?   :-\

Yes.  Humour has nothing to do with it.

It made me laugh too, and I'm a Liverpudlian (well, it's half-way to Scotland...).

I saw Madonna being described as " looking like something you'd boil up to make soup from".

You'd need a lot of tabasco to make that palatable.

Phew, read that initially as Maradonna and thought, "That's a bit harsh !" . I know he's no picture-postcard either, but he's still a hero up here.

(Is that the rumble of a backlash I hear ?)

A. Not interested in Football.
B. One has to have a hero in a sport where your team can't make it to the competition.

An 'absent member' returns... (sorry for the absence but personal health life got in the road..)

Favourite 'quote' today courtesy of the News Quiz on BBC 4 radio (yes I am that listener of R4!)-

'do you know that 'Kate Middleton' is an anagram of 'naked t*t model'

OK so I've maybe lowered the tone and I apologise, also I am useless at anagrams so haven't checked if it is actually true.

Hope you're better Jerry - you must have been really sick not to be able to tap away at a keyboard.
People will come from strange lands to hear me speak my words of wisdom. They will ask me the secret of life and I will tell them. Then maybe I'll finish off with a song. The Nomad
