And a very Merry Christmas to everyone from me too.
Just finished work, spent ages traipsing round town trying to find a newsagent with some Daily Stars left (HOW does that paper sell out?!) only to find the b*st*rds haven't found room for Beau Peep.  Grrrrrr.
Anyway, like Roger, my health is now back to full fitness (and anyone who knocks the NHS gets a very short shrift from me).
I wish everyone good health, peace, prosperity and good luck for 2015.
Right, now for a quick shower and I'm off to the pub.
All the best ,  Rob    :)

In August I found a sock I'd lost, and had assumed was gone forever, only to discover that it had gone down the back of a drawer. (I'd taken the drawers out to make it easier to move the furniture to another part of the room, which is when I made the discovery.) Trouble is, I'd already disposed of its counterpart, so it was no longer of any use to me. (I still have both legs.)

Happy Christmas, everyone.
Nostalgia is not what it used to be. 😟

Why didn't you hang the single sock on the mantelpiece, Nige?
Have a great Christmas, everyone.

Merry Christmas one and all.

You won't be surprised to hear my brother aka Scrooge is threatening to charge me for using his WiFi to get on to the site  :-\

No way Santa could get a crate of beer into a sock, Roger! Pillow-case job.

Hope you and your family are having a great day, and that 2015 brings you everything you wish for (although Celtic may still take a bit of catching).

You do know that the little faces cost extra, right?  I can see why he would need to keep your usage in hand.  ;)
People will come from strange lands to hear me speak my words of wisdom. They will ask me the secret of life and I will tell them. Then maybe I'll finish off with a song. The Nomad
