A Public Appreciation of Mince.
« on: December 12, 2007, 10:34:50 PM »
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate mince. It's an essential ingredient of Spaghetti Bolognaise, which I love, and also goes great with mashed potatoes, or in Chile Con Carne. My Mum used to bake it stuffed in sliced marrow, when I was a kid. Let's hear it for mince!

We use veggie mince for all of our mince-related recipes, on account of AW being a vegetablarian. It's an excellent substitute for proper mince, we find, and almost completely eliminates the risk of contracting Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, via bovine spongiform encephalopathy. Tastes not bad neither.
I apologise, in advance.

That must be a really dreadful form of mince.

Yeah, but I was talking about the stuff you eat, Roger.
