Great Indian Names (ll).
« on: January 10, 2008, 07:59:34 PM »
While browsing through some Montana newspapers online, I come across some great Indian names. The latest to appeal is Aloysius Big Hair Jr. I think it's the "Jr." bit that I like best. I hate my name.

My neice once dated a guy named Herbie Shite - you have nothing to complain about. Imagine being called Herbie?
People will come from strange lands to hear me speak my words of wisdom. They will ask me the secret of life and I will tell them. Then maybe I'll finish off with a song. The Nomad

We should devise hypothetical Indian names, and suggest what roles those characters might undertake.

e.g. "Roger Kettle" could be a guy who runs a joint sex shop and housewares store.
Nostalgia is not what it used to be. 😟

Roger should have middle name "Norman" and surname "Doubt".

He would then be called Roger N. Doubt.

Roger, if your lad was to join the police force and do really well, even on cold nights when he had to wear fingerless gloves to keep his hands cosy while pounding the beat, would that make him a bright copper Kettle with warm woollen mittens?
I apologise, in advance.

Has anyone done "Kettle of fish" and "Pot calling the kettle ..." yet?

I wonder if Roger was teased at school.

Yes, I know. The question was rhetorical.  ::)

Did you honestly think that question was not rhetorical, or indeed this one?
