I realised today how much I've misjudged the much maligned Mince, and I want to say how sorry I am. It would appear that it is far more versatile and lovely than I (or Egon) could ever have imagined.
Not only is it great with tatties, and in a spag-bol, but I've enjoyed it as a chili-fry, lasagne, made up as burgers, as a baked-potato topping. Shepherd's Pie, Cottage Pie (with lamb)... the list just goes on and on. Wonderful, lovely Mince!
