I've misjudged lovely Mince.

I realised today how much I've misjudged the much maligned Mince, and I want to say how sorry I am. It would appear that it is far more versatile and lovely than I (or Egon) could ever have imagined.

Not only is it great with tatties, and in a spag-bol, but I've enjoyed it as a chili-fry, lasagne, made up as burgers, as a baked-potato topping. Shepherd's Pie, Cottage Pie (with lamb)... the list just goes on and on. Wonderful, lovely Mince!

I've given this some contemplation, Roger. I think it's important to consider the contributions Mince has made in developing this forum, and in implementing the graphics and special-effects therein. Also the efforts he's made to ingratiate himself with our little community. The help he's given with grammar, spelling, and general posting advice.

Peeps, my suggestion was that MINCE should judge the quest for his new name, not me, so I'm guessing "Fanny-Face" won't win.
