Bloody Helicopters and The Exorcist.
« on: July 20, 2007, 09:25:08 PM »
Today has been a crap day for various reasons. On top of all that, there have been bloody helicopters flying over my house all day, heading to The Open Golf at Carnoustie, a short distance from where I live. My home is empty because my wife and kids are otherwise occupied. I switched on the T.V. and The Exorcist has just started on T.C.M. This movie scares the s*** out of me but I've decided to watch it again. Oh,no. It's the bit where there's a noise in the attic....

You're only jealous because you're not good enough to play in it! Take comfort in the thought that Tiger Woods probably can't draw cartoons.

Exercise videos never did anything for me. I think I was probably put off for all time by that terrible Green Godess.
Nostalgia is not what it used to be. 😟

The Omen scared me. And Audrey Rose. And the third story from Trilogy of Terror. And one episode of Hammer House of Horror.

Colin, you're thinking of TCP.

Tiger Woods was in The Exorcist? I had no idea.

He was in one of my cartoons once. Which must have been pretty scary for him.

I apologise, in advance.

I spent quite some time laughing at my dad's spelling mistake until I realised that it wasn't.

I loved the Green Goddess, Exceptionally attractive woman. Did you know she was already in her mid 40s when she first appeared doing that keep fit thing? She's heading for 70 now.

Apparently Fenella Fielding's in her mid-70's. Where's it all going to end?  :-[

 ;D

Actually, she was rather stunning and elegant in that green lycra. Which is more than I can say for GMTV's rival version, Mad Lizzie. I'm still trying to figure out what that was all about.
